At The Shopsite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
